To bid, you may,sign up online or, go to the American Classic Auctions (ACA) bidder's table (clearly marked inside the bidding area) with a valid drivers license. No bids will be taken from unregistered bidders.


 
Acceptable forms of payment are cash, cashier's check, Personal or business checks will be accepted only when accompanies by a notarized bank letter of guarantee, See sample letter below. Sorry no Bank drafts

Seller's Information

Entry to the auction is on a first-come first-serve basis. No seller numbers will be reserved without an entry fee guarantee. Even if your not sure what vehicle your entering get a number to reserve your position in the auction. To reserve an early position in one of our auctions send check or money order for the entry fee or phone in your VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express to

Before ACA can enter your vehicle in one of our auctions, YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  1. A copy of the vehicles title must be included with your entry.
  2. You vehicles VIN number must match the VIN on the title.
  3. If your vehicle has a LIEN against it, you must furnish us with a statement from the bank showing the payoff amount along with the banks' name, address, phone number and a contact person.
  4. A copy of the title and lien holder must be included with your entry.

After the sale of vehicle,. You will receive your proceeds directly from American Classic Auctions postmarked ten banking days following the close of the auction. You may opt to take the buyers personal or business check on the same day. HOWEVER, the buyers check is not guaranteed by ACA.
